Through the premise of the research, we conclude that political stability is one of the most important goals that all human societies seek, because of its positive repercussions in all walks of life.

Iraq has suffered for long periods beginning with the establishment of the Iraqi state in 1921 of instability.

Although it possesses natural and human riches, it has not invested in building stability and progress for various interlocking reasons, interfering with the inner factor with the exterior.

Stabilization does not come mechanically, stability is not the birth of military and security force, it is a multiplicity of measures, including the legitimacy of the political system as well as its realization that the efforts of the political system and members of society alike are necessary.
