This study sought to reveal the reasons that lead university students to be absent from the study as it became a disturbing phenomenon that directly affects the academic and academic achievement of the student.

And therefore on the quality of human resources on which the nation depends on prosperity and prosperity in various economic and social cultural fields, there is no doubt that the reasons are multiple psychological factors to social factors have had a sharp impact in the prevalence of the phenomenon of absence of students from the university stands, and the Institute of Science and Activities of Physical Education and Sports in the state of Djelfa suffers Like any other phenomenon of concern to officials, noting the lack of significant specialized training for various disciplines.

The study also showed the effect of psychological and social factors on the high percentage of students' absences.

The study reached the following results: -Psychological factors and social role in the absence of students of the Institute of Science and Technology Physical and Sports activities at the University of Djelfa.
