Algeria as whole, Arab countries has undergone profound changes at several levels due to international and regional factors that have produced a social movement that has produced a reality that some may see positively.

Others see a re-production of the same structures that are destined for extinction.

The objective of this work policy is to raise awareness of the most important representations of those employed in this framework and their relations with others and what these interactions have produced on the performance of institutions.
