The global networks of communication have developed over the Internet and the so-called social networking sites have emerged.

The most prominent of these sites is the Facebook site, which has seen great growth.

Today, this site has become a haven for young people, where they can express freely what concerns them.

They are weaving virtual social relationships that they do not appreciate in their real environment.

Algerian youth found himself locked in social networking sites and became addicted to them in the absence of an alternative to an outlet for freedom of expression.

It is a situation that has become a cause for concern and it was born in many social institutions as a concern for the negative effects on the youth who are considered the nation's stature, especially with regard to their cultural identity, religious values and behavior.In this context, the problem of our study, which focused on the impact of Facebook on the religious values of the Algerian youth, came into play, especially since we are witnessing many pages through Facebook that call for atheism, evangelism, homosexuals, pornography and everything that is ethical to our values, we conducted an exploratory study on the youth of Tlemcen and Blida and reached conclusions and recommendations that we have included in this article
