The purpose of the research is to learn about the role of strategic planning in raising the level of productivity of Algerian sports organizations.
Where the descriptive approach was based on the type of survey study, the study sample included 36 Administrators, 24 coaches and 6 technical directors in six professional football clubs, and used the questionnaire as a method of data collection.
The study found that strategic planning is practiced at the junior sector level for professional football clubs with a low degree of effectiveness and efficiency.
The level of productivity was low.
With a strong positive correlation between strategic planning and productivity, and the impact of strategic planning on productivity level.
The study also found that poor implementation of strategic planning at the junior sector level contributed to the low level of productivity in professional football clubs in the east of Algeria.
The study recommended that Algerian clubs should adopt strategic planning as an entry point to improve productivity in the junior sector.

الملخص FRE
L'objectif de la recherche est de connaître le rôle de la planification stratégique dans l'augmentation du niveau de productivité des organisations sportives algériennes, , l'échantillon de l'étude comprend 36 dirigeants, 24 entraîneurs et 6 directeurs techniques dans six clubs de football professionnel, en s’appuyant sur le curriculum descriptif et le questionnaire comme une méthode de la collecte de données.
L’étude a révélé que la planification stratégique pratiquée au niveau du secteur junior pour les clubs de football professionnel est Inefficace et inadéquate et le niveau de productivité est inférieur.
Avec une forte corrélation positive entre la planification stratégique et le niveau de productivité Et la présence de l’impact de la planification stratégique sur le niveau de productivité.
En outre, l'étude constate que la faible mise en œuvre de la planification stratégique au niveau du secteur Junior contribue au faible niveau de productivité dans les clubs de football professionnel dans l'Algérie orientale L'étude conclut que les clubs algériens doivent adopter une planification stratégique comme point d'entrée pour améliorer la productivité dans le secteur des jeunes, en fournissant les exigences de la mise en œuvre du plan stratégique organisationnel, physique et humain
