أثر العلاج بالواقع في خفض القلق و الاكتئاب للمعاقين حركيا من المراهقين و الراشدين في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية بمنطقة أم درمان في السودان

الملخص EN

The aim of this research was to find out the differences between the members of the experimental group and the control group in the effectiveness of a reality therapy program, as well as the differences in some variables (type of disorder, gender, age, educational level).

The researcher used the experimental method in his study.

The study sample consisted of (60) movement handicapped people with anxiety and depression disorders, (30) of whom representing the experimental group and the other (30) representing the control group.

Their ages ranged between 18 and 46 years.

They were selected by the purposive sampling method.

The neurosis disorders scale with a stability factor ranging from 0.79 to 0.89 and the practical therapeutic program were used.

The reality therapy program used was effective in reducing neurosis disorders.

The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences among the handicapped members of the experimental group in the effectiveness of the therapeutic program used due to the variables of type of disorder, gender, age and educational level.

In light of the results, the researcher made some recommendations, such as: increasing the awareness of designing psychological therapeutic programs for neurosis disorders, especially for people with special needs, to help them deal with problems and neural disorders that face them.
