معيقات التوافق بين الباحث و أوعية النشر العلمي في العالم العربي : حالة الجزائر

Abstract: It is agreed upon that there is no way to development and progress except through science and scientific research, and all nations that sought to advance using methods other than science were destined to disappear as if they have never existed.

It is also claimed that scientific research will not be beneficial and fruitful unless there are credible scientific means devoted to publish it, document it, and pave the way for it to make it a reality.

Accordingly, the importance of the duality: researcher and means of publication in creating development and producing change within any society is highly acknowledged throughout the planet.

Yet in our Arab world, one of the main difficulties that we are facing is the absence of achieving consensus between the researcher and the ways of publication.

This consensus has become more indispensable than ever to better value scientific research, and to ensure great advancement and prosperity among nations .Thus, this article attempts to find out the major obstacles that exist between the researcher and the means of publication in the Arab world, by offering a multidimensional and accurate diagnosis that focuses on all the elements that may take part in this twofoldness: the researcher and the instruments of publication.

This work will also propose some recommendations to help overcome the encountered difficulties taking as a reference the case of Algeria.
