This study tries to shed light on the reality of the values in Algerian’s productiveenterprise as one of the most important bets in the modern organizational thought, values has become a concern of administrative and organizationalgiven that it is the motive of the organizational behavior, promoting positive values of work would affect output of the behavior of the actors in the organization such as competition, innovation and initiative.Organizational loyalty is found as the most important organizational work valueswhich has received wide attention in modern administrative and organizational Studies.

organizational loyalty has beneficial results for both individual and the enterprise because it is reflects the connection strength of the individual belongingto has organizational andhis regulatory environment proud of that, seeking positivebehavior, give priority to the public interest and sacrifice for it, this is where the study tries to research in the reality of the organizational loyalty based on field data collected by meansof questionnaire in one of the Algerian enterprises.
