Our work is part of the re-examination of the value notion and the shareholder monism that characterizes it.

Can a company break with the current anemia of growth and grow while being virtuous in its social, environmental or governance practices.

In this case, how can we position sustainable development in often complex organizations, focusing primarily on shortterm economic and financial performance? If the objectives of this model of development are universal, their implementation can only be differentiated according to the countries studied.

What is the level of care taken by Algerian companies?

الملخص FRE

En rupture avec le monisme actionnarial, l'entreprise est amenée à croître tout en étant vertueuse dans ses pratiques sociales, environnementales ou de gouvernance.

Il convient, dans ce contexte, de mesurer la performance environnementale, en vue d'orienter la gestion de l'environnement vers la création de valeur.

La mise en œuvre de ce modèle de développement doit être différenciée, d'où notre problématique : quel est le niveau de sa prise en charge par les entreprises algériennes ? Cconformément à une démarche hypothético-déductive, ce niveau s'avère tributaire de la rentabilité et de l'optimisation des processus de maîtrise économique, de gestion et de motivation du personnel.
