Corruption is a global phenomenon not limited to paticul ar state or region but it extend, to all regions and countries ,it becomes a threat to the national economy not only at developing countries ,the financial and admini stratify forces are taking part in the bady of these communities , they are beginning to have a crippling effect construction and economic development ,which involves the destruction of the economy and the financial and admonish tardive rapacity.
