The research aims to identify the effectiveness of the use of the inverted-grade strategy in the collection of knowledge of the decision methods of teaching physical education for the second band as well as the effectiveness of the use of the inverted model of learning in Teaching Methods of teaching physical education for the second band on the students' attitudes researcher used the experimental method on a sample of (56) student band second Faculty of Physical Education for Boys, where the sample was divided into two equal groups (experimental third control), the researcher used the collection of knowledge as well as the direction of the students scale test about the model and was the most important results that the inverted row strategy a positive effect on the cognitive achievement of the experimental group level as well as positively affected the officer, but its effect on the experimental group was higher than the control group as the students' attitudes toward the use of the inverted-grade strategy has been positive.
