The article aims to study the relationship between the Burnout and the sex factor, essentially, when we know there is a difference between doctor’s men and women in outsider work, childcare obligations and household requirements, therefore they are facing a great challenge, professional requirements and family obligations.

is there a difference in the scale of burnout if we consider the variable sex, especially if we know that are exposed in the same time to hospital and home obligations, we are talking about burnout as a subject to the conditions of professional work and stress of daily life.

Is there a difference in the degree of Burnout defined by Emotional exhaustion, Sagging feelings, Lack of personal achievement between doctors men and women? How can we explain that? Objectives: To know the nature of the difference between the sexes and the specific reasons of that.

Methodology: We followed the descriptive an analytical method of differences between doctors, Men and Women.
