The study aimed to identify the concept of alternative penalties introduced by the Jordanian legislator and whether these alternatives are a punishment in the legal and traditional sense and indicate the types of alternative penalties, And the extent of their adequacy or lack of deficiencies, as well as the possibility of the application of alternative penalties in practice in an attempt to resolve the practical and legal problems raised by the subject, and the problem of the study in the penalties did not achieve the objectives for which it was set within the concept of punitive policy and therefore was searched Alternatives of Community Reform "Alternative Penalties in Jordanian Legislation" Highlights the importance of the study as it sheds light on the suitability of these alternatives and the extent of their applicability within the available legislative and administrative possibilities.
