الملخص EN
The object of our contribution is to analyze the influence of public policies on female entrepreneurs in Algeria.
For this purpose, we questioned 220 women who had benefited from the assistance of one of the public devices for business creation (ANGEM, ANSEJ, CNAC and ANDI).
The results of our study show that these policies are not discriminatory and have a positive impact on the evolution of women's entrepreneurship.
Nevertheless, they are not specific to women and show some shortcomings (neglect of the gender approach, weak support…)
الملخص FRE
L’objet de notre contribution est l’analyse de l’influence des politiques publiques sur l’entrepreneurial féminin en Algérie.
A cet effet, nous avons questionné 220 femmes ayant bénéficié de l’aide de l’un des dispositifs publics d’aide à la création d’entreprises (ANGEM, ANSEJ, CNAC et ANDI).
Des résultats de notre étude il ressort que ces politiques sont non discriminatoires et ont un impact positif sur l’évolution de l’entrepreneuriat féminin.
Néanmoins, elles ne sont pas spécifiques aux femmes et accusent de quelques insuffisances (négligence de l’approche genre, faible accompagnement…).
