The present study aimed to identify the level of emotional intelligence and 1urnout among professors of physical education and sports secondary extremes , and the disclosure of the nature of the relationship between two variables , where the sample consisted of field study, %,, a professor and researcher used the descriptive approach , was adopted emotional intelligence scale and scale burnout .otouselt study and a low level of burnout and a good level of emotional intelligence , and the existence of a negative correlation between the two variables relationship and the lack of differences in burnout level depending on qualification and the number of years of work Therefore, we suggest educational programs that develop emotional intelligence because of its importance in supporting mental and academic intelligence, preparation for safe life, training of teachers on how to prevent psychological combustion and the need to rehabilitate teachers professionally and continuously to increase their effectiveness in work on the one hand and in line with developments in the field of education And the holding of courses and the preparation of special programs to help teachers to understand the psychological combustion and how to face it.
