The author « abou el kassem el ziani » is the founder of the state of alawite,where he held high political and administrative positions,he took the writing, the embassy and the ministry,but he was tested in the era of each of the: sultan sidi mohammed bin abdullah, sultan elyazid and sultan solomon.

He died during his isolation from the days of sultan abdul rahman after having accompanied and served four sultans.

Behind several books made him one of the leading historians in morocco in his time, where he considered the historian « levi provençal » at the head of the historians of the state alawites ,so his writings on the state alawi considered as the important historical sources.
