الملخص الإنجليزي

The study sought to identify the criminal judicial organization of two judicial systems, it are The Emotional Conviction System and The Jury System, for that the study used the analytical descriptive approach also the comparative approach, to address the adequacy of the Jordanian Criminal Procedure Law in the enactment of all legal provisions to clarify the principle of emotional conviction of the criminal judge compared to the Egyptian law of Criminal Procedure, but with regard to the jury system, the extent to which the jury system could be applied in the Jordanian judicial system, also compared among England, the United States of America and Algeria.

The results show that the Jury system of comparative legislation is consistent with each other in a number of aspects, such as the selection of jurors, while there are many differences in the jury system from the jury system of England and the United States of America; And jurors' rights.

The system of emotional conviction and the jury system has both positive and negative effects, so that no decisive conclusion can be made to say which systems are better for criminal justice.

This is a relative issue that varies from one judicial system to another according to its nature.

The study also explained the possibility of applying the system of Jury in the Jordanian judicial system.

Finally, the study made a number of recommendations, the most important of which is: the application of the jury system in the Jordanian judicial system within a number of characteristics that are consistent with the nature of Jordanian society.
