This study aimed to reveal the level of job satisfaction and its relationship with the personality types among secondary stage female teachers in Schools at Irbid Governorate.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the job satisfaction questionnaire, and personality types scale according to Jung theory, which consisted of four domains (Extraversion/Introversion, Sensing/Intuition, Thinker/Feeler, Judger/Perceiver).

The sample of the study consisted of (400) secondary stage female teachers, which was as random sample.

The results of the study showed that the level of job satisfaction as a whole, and in all domains, was moderate, and the personal type prevalent among teachers was personality type (ESTJ).

The results indicated that there were differences in the level of job satisfaction as a whole, due to the practical experience variable, in favor of "less than 10 years", there were differences due to scientific qualification variable, there were differences in personality type (Extraversion/ Introversion), due to the practical experience variable, in favor of "10 years and more", there were no differences in other types depending on this variable, and there were no differences in personality types due to scientific qualification variable.

The results showed that there was correlation between personality types (Extraversion/ Introversion), (Sensing/ Intuition), and the job satisfaction, and there was statistical correlation between personality types (Thinker/ Feller), (Judger/ Perceiver), and the job satisfaction.

Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommends providing the material and moral school environment in a way that contributes to raising the level of job satisfaction of the teachers, conducting studies on personality types and linking them with other demographic variables.
