There is no trust in the world that is more sacred than children, women and the elderly.

There is no duty of importance above the respect of all of their rights, because their protection and respect for their rights protect the past and future of humanity as a whole.

Although the international community has not neglected to pay attention to those who need protection and care more than others, what we see in many parts of the world as violations of their rights is deeply regrettable.

However, the most serious and most serious of these violations occur to children, the elderly and women as a result of the outbreak of wars and conflicts, which leave behind large numbers of victims of these categories.

This research was divided into two sections.

The second requirement was to talk about the protection of women, children and the elderly in Islamic law.
