The study aimed to identify the impact of a training program for kindergarten teachers in Al-Qurayyat governorate on the employment of the creative thinking skills of their students,, (122) teachers.

The sample was randomly selected and consisted of (74) teachers during the first semester of the academic year (2018/2019), To achieve the objectives of the study was developed a study tool, a measure of creative thinking skills of (48) divided into five axes, The results showed the superiority of the experimental group in the skills of creative thinking, and the existence of differences of statistical significance according to the variable of scientific qualification and in favor of the estimates of qualified (graduate).

And the existence of differences of statistical significance by the variable of specialization and in favor of the estimates of specialists (child education), The study recommended the need to focus on employing the strategy of learning by playing and spreading the culture of creativity by employing the skills of creative thinking through the educational practices practiced by teachers in classroom situations.
