This study (paper) aimed at identifying the types of Modern Administrative Leadership styles (transformational Leadership type, exchange Leadership type, ethical leadership type and emotional intelligence Leadership type) and the extent of its support for the behaviour of organizational citizenship of the Real Estate Promotion and Management Agency in Ghardaïa.

This study includes (one hundred and thirty-two) employees of the Real Estate Promotion Management Agency, and(sixty-six sample) and employees.

we have adopted, in this study, the descriptive approach and questionnaire as methods of data collection, this study showed many results, mastery of the transformational Leadership Followed by the ethical leadership type, then the style of leadership with emotional intelligence and finally the type of exchange leadership, and the high degree of organizational citizenship behaviour among employees.

The study also has showed agreat significant impact of transformational Leadership, ethical leadership type and emotional intelligence Leadership type on the organizational citizenship behavior, while there is almost no absence of the influence of the exchange leadership type on organizational citizenship behavior.
