The actor is the most important element in the theatrical play, and the basic preachers on which the show is based, and the only one without which cannot make a theatrical presentation as the bearer of theatrical discourse and the transfer of ideas and feelings.

The representative has received the largest and most important studies by those interested in the art of theater in general and the art of acting in particular and in modern times.

And performance is a kind of expression of the human itself clearly and influential and the reason why the need to express himself and how to present his presence to others, and this is what made the researcher seeks to investigate and search for this topic and describing the problem of his research as follows: Variety of performance between the tragic and comedian of the actor in Iraqi theater performances.

While the research objective in identifying the performance of the actor between the tragic and comedian in the plays of the Iraqi theater) and devoted to the theoretical framework, which included the first subject (the concept of tragedy and comedy), and the second, (the performance of the tragic and comedian actor) Theoretical framework.

The procedures included research, then analysis of samples, as the researcher analyzed the sample according to axes derived from the indicators produced by the theoretical framework.

The fourth chapter is devoted to presenting the results and conclusions, as follows:1.Performance (Karim Braben) and (Fouad Khattab) transparent automatic moved to the century (the eighteenth) and the time of writing the play, helped them in theatrical costumes and decor.2.(Fouad) was adopted in the responses to his actions on the face and was glorious and Almtknz of it.3.Their performance was automatically away from the cost and fabrication, up to the receiver easily.Conclusions:1.Actor's awareness and culture have an impact on the actor and his performance.2.The use of the actor's physical and acoustic instruments in a scientific and academic way is reflected in performance remarkably.
