الملخص EN
Any one who studies the policy of the French colonialism in Algeria will notice clearly how cruel it was , during about a century and a half , the impact of which is still observable.
such are the mines which were planted all along the Algerian borders on Challe and Maurice lines had killed approximately 4762 persons and disabled 12425 others and the number would increase .Adding to that the calamity of the atomic experiences that caused many victims.
Thus, the French authorities , should be aware of the responsibility they have against all those rough crimes they committed and any one who took part in those crimes is to be condemned in front of all the world.
Then, Israel is to be treated for its rude assaults against Palestine.
الملخص FRE
Il est clair que le colonialisme en Algérie était trop cruel durant un siècle et demi et ses traces évidentes de torture sont encore remarquables jusqu'à aujourd'hui, à titre d’exemple les mines plantées sur les deux lignes Challe et Maurice.
Ces dernières ont causé la mort de 4762 personnes, et causé l'handicap de 12425En plus de ces victimes, la liste est toujours ouvert.
Sans oublier les résultats des expérimentations nucléaires dont le nombre des personnes touchées augmente chaque jour.
Alors, il est indispensable de reconnaître la responsabilité de la France dans les crimes odieux commis contre le peuple algérien et de condamner toute personne qui a participé à ces crimes.
Puisque la concrétisation de cette politique punitive assurerait une dissuasion internationale auprès du reste de la communauté internationale et garantirait la poursuite d’Israël pour ses actes criminels commis dans l'État palestinie
