The Ring of the Dove contains the largest collection of verses by Ibn Ḥazm made up to the age of thirty-five.
Probably, much of his compositions that have come to us through his work has been mutilated by the copyist.
From the information that the scholars offer us, it is affirmed that his poems were numerous, so that Ibn Ḥazm was a person so gifted and skilled to compose this type of art in his diverse subjects.
Starting from this, it is important to point out the talent of the poet and notwithstanding the dimension that the poetic experience takes in the construction of his verses

El Collar de la Paloma contiene la colección más numerosa de los versos de Ibn Ḥazm realizados hasta la edad de treinta y cinco años.
Probablemente, gran parte de sus composiciones que nos han llegado a través de su obra ha sido mutilada por el copista.
De las informaciones que nos ofrecen los estudiosos, se afirma que su poemario era numeroso, de modo que Ibn Ḥazm era una persona tan dotada y hábil para componer este tipo de arte en sus diversos temas.
Partiendo de eso, es importante señalar el talento del poeta y no obstante la dimensión que toma la experiencia poética en la construcción de sus versos.
