on external scholarship for Saudi women this study and its role in achieving economic and social development "as a model for the eastern province scholarships.

Seeks to uncover the role of scholarship in advancing the status of Saudi women and advancing them scientifically and expertise the kingdom and it's active participation in advancing the weel of development thanks to wise leadership that advances the reality of women and urged them to seek knowledge and talents, and support them financially, legally and family, which facilitated the process engaging women in the educational and practical path, and enable them to succeed and excellence and access to high positions and positioning in all areas, and even innovated in spite of some social and cultural obstacles that were working strongly and still clashing with the aspirations of Saudi women.

Accompanied by a continuous rise in the number of scholarships to the most prestigious foreign universities, which led the researcher to try to investigate the role of scholarship of Saudi women abroad in the promotion of economic and social development in the kingdom,and the extensions and limits of investment scientific knowledge when you return to the homeland,the researcher has relied on the approach to the social survey in the sample method,which was within 50 scholarship from the eastern region,using the questionnaire tools and open interviews which enabled her to reach objective results, including the gradual rise in the number of scholarships despite cultural and social obstacles.saudi women to scholarship,and motivate students to complete their scientific career in the finest foreign universities, and to achieve their cognitive ambitions as scientific and practical competencies pumped at a later stage in the arteries of the kingdom' s economic and social development.
