The research studied the relationship between national and international legal systems, in order to identify the characteristics of each of them and the convergences and differences and the consequences.

the research focused its tools on the theories that discussed this relationship and the legal implications of each of them on the exercise of the work of the national judge, without stopping at this point, but expanded in its horizon to study and analyze the practical practices of states in their legislative systems in general with the allocation of space for the status of treaties in the Iraqi system investigation and analysis.

the role played by the national judge in the issuance of judicial rulings was examined based on international judgments and challenges, whether related to the objectivity of the text to be applied or the personality and composition of the judge.
