The research concluded that forced displacement is an international crime and has become one of the crimes against humanity.

As well as it can be committed by governments and states in accordance with policies and careful plans.

It consists of two pillars: First: concrete dimension: It includes a physical act, especially, the use of force or threat of using it or any other means against civilians.

Second: The civil dimension in which has included a general and private criminal intent.

Consequently, enacting a special international treaty to deal with the crime of forced displacement is a necessity, and obliging States to comply with international law, international documents and international criminal tribunals.

The research revealed that forced displacement does not committed only in international and non-international conflicts, but also in times of peace whether against a group of civilians for political or demographic reasons.
