The purpose of this study is to identify the level of psychological burnout according to its three dimensions (emotional exhaustion, emotional distress, and lack of personal achievement) among nurses working in the health sector.
To achieve these objectives, the researchers used the descriptive approach and the Christina Maslach burnout inventory where the sample study consisted of 60 working nurses (married and unmarried) in the public hospital at Ain Fakron city, State of Oum-el-Bouaghi.
الملخص FRE
Le but de cette étude est d'identifier le niveau d'épuisement psychologique " burnout "selon ses trois dimensions (épuisement émotionnel, détresse émotionnelle et manque d'accomplissement personnel) parmi les infirmières travaillant dans le secteur de la santé.
Pour atteindre ces objectifs, les chercheurs ont utilisé l'approche descriptive et l'inventaire d'épuisement professionnel de Christina Maslach, dans lequel l'échantillon de l'étude comptait 60 infirmières actives (mariées et célibataires) à l'hôpital public d'Ain Fakron, dans l'État d'Oum-el-Bouaghi.
