The primary purpose of addressing this issue is an attempt to provide a theoretical framework identifies and defines the various concepts related to the stock market and as well as financial performance indicators evaluated and the relationship between the stock market and financial performance of economic institution, where we have focused in this study on the link between the two variables are: (Securities Market and financial performance) and we raised the following problem: what is the role of the stock market to improve the financial performance of economic institution?
