This study attempts to analyze and explore the effects of organizational development on the application of corporate social responsibility standards, and to develop a theoretical framework of OD in order to provide a better understanding of the essential CSR components in the selected hotels in Algeria.

The present research also aims at determining the level of differences in the awareness of social responsibilities and organizational development elements among sample study according to their personal characteristics.

The analytical descriptive approach was used to study and describe the phenomena precisely as they are, and interpret them qualitatively and quantitatively, The secondary data were collected through reviewing books، researches، periodicals, A questionnaire was designed for this purpose، and distributed to samples from multinational hotels in Algeria, 180 questionnaires were distributed to the selected hotels employees, The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used for collecting primary data and testing the hypotheses, The results have shown that there is a significant relationship between the organizational development in general and the application of social responsibility standards in the selected hotels in Algeria
