The goal of this research are to find out 1.

apathy's level on the university employees.

2.

significance differences an apathy on the university employees according to variables of : - gender (male- female).

- profession (lecturer- employed).

- years of job.

the researchers has been followed sample of research on method of stratified random which are 186 ( 115 employees) and (71 lecturer ) from university of Baghdad the data processing are addressing by statistical methods (SPSS) in find data analysis the descriptive analytical method as it is considered the best and the suited one to the nature of this research.

the total size of the samples has reached to (186) employed studies the results of this research are, 1.

there are behavare of apathy on the government employees and lecturer in university of Baghdad.

2.

no statistically significant differences among a sample members on the variables of (gendar, years of jop, profession).
