Intellectual security is a components authenticity that meted any aggression or misrepresentation or fraud, it’s a protect intellectual system for the people of the community and their culture.intellectualsecurity is one of the key aspects that community depend on them in achieving prosperity and security in its various forms to the people of the community,psychological empowerment is the process of enhance a sense of self-sufficiency of the individual to carry out his responsibilities without waiting for directives and instructions of others, including giving him more freedom and responsibility over his decisions and the results of those decisions.

it is no secret to anyone the importance of the role of youth in the formulation of the life and future of the society and to protect its identity, culture and maintenance from the deviation or marginalization.

because of the scarcity of studies on the role of psychological empowerment of youth in the enhance intellectual security, the current research puts the following question, can been enhance intellectual security by using the strategies of psychological empowerment for youth?a set of questions emerged from this question, the current research seeks to answer them, these are : - what is the concept of intellectual security, his controls, his inhibitors, and means to achieve? - what is the psychological empowerment, his dimensions, his models, his constraints, his tools, and the stages of its implementation? - what are the proposed strategies to empowered youth psychologically enhanced intellectual security ? - what are the characteristics of young empowered psychologically to enhance intellectual security ? the current research used descriptive analytical method to the data to answer the questions raised , it was suggested the strategies to empowered youth psychologically to enhance intellectual security and stages of the application of these strategies.

research has recommended the ministry of youth to adopt the strategies proposed and implemented in its institutions, as has been proposed, some studies that can complement current research.
