The study aimed to investigate the effect of human resources management strategies on achieving organizational excellence an applied study on the Jordanian pharmaceutical companies sector.

The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach to data processing and classification, through the design of a questionnaire prepared for the purpose of collecting data from respondents, to be analyzed using the Statistical Package Program (SPSS).

The study included workers in leadership positions in the Jordanian pharmaceutical companies, (195) questionnaires were distributed to the study population, 185 questionnaires were recovered (95%).

The study found that: There is a statistically significant impact at the level (α≤0.05) of the human resources management strategies (recruitment, training, compensation, performance management) on achieving organizational excellence (leadership, employees, structure, culture) .

There is no a statistically significant impact at the level (α≤0.05) of human resource management strategies (compensation) on the organizational excellence (leadership, workers, structure, culture) .the study recommended the following: Attention to the human resource in terms of development and training, establishing a fair system of incentives and compensation that encourages employees to excel, listen to and solve employees' problems, and improve the quality of the work environment.
