This article trait a very important newel subject in which researchers, maybe, they need to be conscious about the principal organs of media institutions that constitute its morphology.

Especially in a field that didn’t recognize a legal opening just in 2012 with the law of information.

And “Pierre Bourdieu” is one of the most scientists had spoken about media and its influence showing always “The discipline of Audio visual”.

In one case, and in Algeria this kind of discipline is considered as modern field due to the luck considerations about media organization, and as far as it is, she is corned in a nutshell of televisions where recruitment is blur and not clear.

It’s important for PhD students and scientific researchers to be aware about media organization.

In other case, the field of audio visual is multidisciplinary that needs a lot of investments both in performance and professional practicing the thing that lead us to clarify in this dissertation the profile of mediators and its scholarship.

So, this article has a fundamental goal which is to discover the principles organs that mange the audio visual organizations and its characteristics in a time many try to pick out it from the economy of Algeria i.e.

she cannot participate in the development of the country.
