In this paper, we will examine the basic dimensions of social status in the administrative society, and identify the promotion mechanisms within the construction ladder and the social system.

This makes the social actors interact within the rules set by the society to move from one category to another by adopting special components that are basically related to the division of social work.

The individual actor plays a group of ideal integration roles to obtain social and social satisfaction, to build the elements of status according to the predetermined rules of society.

It may not be promoted if the actor does not get social satisfaction, because of the association with a set of roles that he must play to build the elements of status in society, with different from one component to another depending on the situation on which the actor.

According to the status that looks forward to get, the symbolic investigation requires the passage of pre-defined building rules.
