الملخص العربي

نظرا للأهمية الكبيرة لوجود الشركات اللوجستية و مدى السبل التي توفرها من الخدمات و تسهيل العمليات التي تتعلق بالتوريد و في حل المشكلات التي قد تواجه الشركات الأخرى في كيفية توريد المواد اللازمة لهم وكيفية شحنها و إيصالها إلى المكان المطلوب، و آلية المحافظة عليها وإدارة تخزينها في الأماكن الأفضل ملائمة بما يتناسب مع نوعية المواد أو الشحنات، و ما يرافق تلك العمليات من تغيرات سريعة في بيئة الأعمال جعل من الضروري وجود نظم حديثة و متطورة قادرة على التكيف مع هذه التغيرات السريعة، بالإضافة لتحسين وتطوير أداء الشركات اللوجستية و تقديم أفضل الخدمات من خلال عمليات وإجراءات تتسم بالرشاقة تمكن الشركات اللوجستية من تحسين أدائها المالي و الاستمرار في النمو و التعلم و إرضاء العملاء.

و لذلك هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة أثر رشاقة نظم سلسلة التوريد كمتغير مستقل بأبعادها (الاستجابة، الكفاءة، المرونة، السرعة) على أداء الشركات اللوجستية كمتغير تابع بأبعاده (رضا العاملين، كفاءة العمليات الداخلية، القدرة على التعلم، الأداء المالي)، و قد اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته أغراض الدراسة، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من الموظفين العاملين في الشركات اللوجستية الأردنية.

و لجمع البيانات اللازمة للدراسة وزع الباحث (378) استبانة على أفراد عينة الدراسة وتم استرداد (172) استبانة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي.

وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية لرشاقة نظم سلسلة التوريد بأبعادها (الاستجابة، الكفاءة، المرونة، السرعة) على أداء الشركات اللوجستية الأردنية بأبعادها (رضا العاملين، كفاءة العمليات الداخلية، القدرة على التعلم، الأداء المالي)، و قد قام الباحث بإجراء مقابلات مع مجموعة من أفراد عينة الدراسة للتحقق من نتائج هذه الدراسة و إيجاد تفسير من واقع العمل لنتائج الدراسة الحالية.

حيث تم صياغة مجموعة من التوصيات على ضوء هذه النتائج أهمها ضرورة إيجاد نظام يقيس أداء الشركات اللوجستية من خلال مؤشرات الأداء الخاصة ببطاقة الأداء المتوازن بالاعتماد على أبعاد رشاقة نظم سلسلة التوريد.

Logistics companies are considered highly significant and provide many services.

They also facilitate the process of conducting supply-related operations.

They also help other companies in solving the problems related to the methods of supplying, shipping and delivering the materials they need.

Logistics companies also help other companies in solving the problems related to the methods of preserving such materials and managing their storage in the best places that suit the kind of materials or shipments.

It should be noted that there have been rapid changes occurring in the business organizations.

Such changes led to witnessing changes associated with the aforementioned operations.

Thus, it became necessary to have modern and advanced systems that are able to cope with such rapid changes.

It also became necessary to improve logistics companies’ performance level and enable those companies to provide the best services.

That can be done through conducting agile operations and carrying out agile procedures.

Such operations and procedures shall enable logistics companies to improve their financial performance, satisfy their customers and keep growing and learning.

Thus, the present study aimed at examining the impact of supply chain systems agility dimensions on the performance dimensions of the Jordanian logistics companies.

In the present study, the supply chain systems agility dimensions represent the independent variables and include: (responsiveness, competency, flexibility, and quickness).

As for the performance dimensions of Jordanian logistics companies, they represent the dependent variables and include: (employees’ satisfaction, efficiency of the internal operations, ability to learn, and financial performance).

The researcher of the present study adopted a descriptive analytical approach for suiting the nature of the study’s objectives.

The sample of the present study was chosen from the employees working at Jordanian logistics companies.

In order to collect the required data, the researcher distributed (378) questionnaire to the sampled employees.

However, (172) questionnaire was retrieved and all of them are valid for statistical analysis.

Several results were concluded.

For instance, it was concluded that there is a statistically significant impact for all the supply chain systems agility dimensions (i.e., responsiveness, competency, flexibility, and quickness) on the performance dimensions of the Jordanian logistics companies (i.e., employees’ satisfaction, efficiency of the internal operations, ability to learn, and financial performance).

The researcher also conducted interviews with several employees who are chosen from the study sample.

These interviews were conducted to verify the study results and interpret them through providing interpretations based on the actual practices at the workplace at Jordanian logistics companies.

In the light of the aforementioned results, the researcher suggests several recommendations.

For instance, he recommends developing a system that measures the logistics companies’ performance level through using the performance indicators of balanced scorecards with relying on the supply chain systems agility dimensions.
