دور نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد (JIT)‎ في الحصول على المخزون الصفري : دراسة ميدانية للمؤسسة الجزائرية (+ALGAL)‎

The aim of this study is to identify the role of the production system on time (JIT) to get a zero inventory in the Algerian institutions, knowing the impact of the application system (JIT) to reduce production costs and the extent of its contribution to the achievement of high quality and competitive advantage.

The research has two aspects: the first study is the concept of system (JIT) and its objectives and the most important pillars upon which big role in getting a zero inventory.

The second addresses the practical side of the study on the Algerian industrial enterprises were using SPSS system for the analysis of the results obtained, the study concluded that a set of recommendations including the training of workers and employees in the Algerian industrial enterprises to increase their skills and raise their efficiency and improve the relationship with suppliers to ensure the processing of the required materials in a timely manner and the need of application system (JIT) in various Algerian industrial enterprises.
