Research in the ancient history of the Arab world is considered of a paramount importance in understanding the historical events and achievements of the Near East.

Many contemporary researchers, Arabs and Westerners, have attempted to unveil the different details and secrets of the history of the ancient Arab world.

Indeed, the process is mainly prompted by the geographical explorations, the Orient’s openness to Western studies, as well as the Europeans’ attempt to support the incoming reports with the Holy Scriptures and especially the Torah.

Therefore, it is indispensable for any researcher in the political and military history and civilisation of the ancient Arabs to rely on the material and literary resources available, which are the object of study in this research.
