The aim ofthis study is to identify the relationship between the attitudes toward leadership behavior and self-esteem among middle school students and to highlight the motivation towards leadership behavior.

Therefore, the researchers used the descriptive approach to suit the subject ofthe study.

The researchers used the measure of leadership behavior of Dr.

"Sami Mohsen Alkhatatneh", which includes 43 words divided into six dimensions, and the self-assessment scale, which includes 25 words as the main tools in this study.

After conducting the basic study, the researchers found a positive relationship and a statistical function between the direction Towards leadership behavior and self-esteem among middle-stage students.
