The study examined the effect of the application of the kaizen methodology in industrial establishments through the disposal of waste.

The study aimed to introduce the kaizen methodology as a methodology to improve the performance of industrial establishments as well as to know the effect of the kaizen method on waste.

The study followed the analytical descriptive method.

The study concluded that:There is a statistically significant relationship between the Sortingand the success of the disposal strategy, there is a statistically significant relationship between the ordering and the success of the disposal strategy, there is a statistically significant relationship between the Shiningand the success of the disposal strategy, there is a statistically significant relationship between the Standardizeand the success of the disposal strategy and there is a statistically significant relationship between the sustainand the success of the disposal strategy.

The study concluded that imported raw materials should be supplied and that the number of defective products should be reduced.
