This study deals with the subject of waste according to the Kaizen Method - Applied Study on the Health Insurance Authority of Khartoum State 2018.

The study aims to know the types of waste and its causes and work to remove it through the internal audits of the institution through the Kaizen models and the disinfection methods as defined by (5s) The researcher followed the analytical descriptive method, and used a number of data collection tools in the scientific research, observation, interview and the questionnaire.

A randomized, random sample was selected for 50 members of the health insurance organization representing the entire research community.

The questionnaire was distributed personally by the researcher.

It was analyzed by a statistical package for social science (spss).
