The working relationship of the Algerian institution, which defines individual and collective labor disputes, has become one of the most important concerns of modern legislation and social researchers in order to reach a rational settlement aimed at maintaining the relationship between the worker and the employer.

in order to understand the nature of the labor relations, we had to refer to these relations during the pre-economic reforms by referring to the historical development of the Algerian public institution and then to the background and objectives of privatizations.
