IN this research was a study of role of creativity in strengthening competitive advantage renwable economic institution, where it was highlighted that the role and importance in achieving competivite advantage, as many believe that innovation is the only way Iremove institutions of underdevelopment cumbersome, but in fact if not accompanied by this process, governace and management, research and development become mobilizzd more then returning or wealth.

The study found that there is some interest and awareness of the importance of innovation in institutions in the study and the extent of its ability to improve their comprtitiveness, But is still limited to creativity in the service and shows no degree of technical innovation based on technological and informational distinguished human resource.
