Qura'an has perfect and coherent texts that are considered to be the first and foremost source of rhetoric and eloquence.

Learning and memorizing Qura'an are great ways to help Non-Arabic speakers learn Arabic and acquire the language skills and proficiency of Arabic.

To achieve this, Muslim scholars wrote books and composed works based on modern technology.

In fact, this paper addresses this topic.

It begins with an introduction followed by three major sections.

The first section focuses o the impact of memorizing the Holly Qura'an on learning Arabic.

The second section includes practical steps to learn Arabic through the memorization of Qura'an.

The third section is about the effect of teaching the 'Nuraniyyah Rule' on learning Arabic.

Then, there is a conclusion containing the most important results followed by an index and references.
