The purpose of the present research is to identify the role of aesthetic leadership behavior in its dimensions (aesthetic sensitivity, aesthetic approach, aesthetic communication, aesthetic application, aesthetic support, aesthetic honesty) in achieving organizational Virtuous in its dimensions (organizational optimism, organizational forgiveness, organizational trust, organizational compassion, and integrity) The research attempted to answer several questions, including the extent to which the leadership's aesthetic behavior affects organizational Virtuous.

To answer this main question and other questions, the research was based on two main hypotheses, each of which was subdivided into three.

Sub-Satisfaction: The validity of the main and sub-hypotheses was verified by analyzing the correlation and impact relationships between the research variables through the program (SPSS V.20), for the data obtained through the questionnaire form distributed to a sample of employees, where (145) questionnaires were distributed and retrieved (133) A correct questionnaire, a percentage of retrieval (92%), the research included four topics, the first included the scientific methodology, the second specializes in the theoretical framework, the third included the presentation and analysis of the results, then the fourth section to present a set of conclusions and recommendations.
