The study highlights the potential impacts of climate within the shadow area of the synchronized air between the level of correspondence between the two angles of the direction of the street and the prevailing wind on one hand on the other hand, the wind cooling equation in terms of monthly average temperature, wind speed.

The study included three cities (Diwaniyah, Najaf and Kut) .

The wind cooling hypothesis for the three cities was calculated according to the input of the climatic database which included the monthly rate (maximum temperature, wind speed, actual solar and theoretical sunrise hours) The monthly average and thirty years were calculated to derive the average of the angle of the wind direction and the three climatic stations.

The ratio of the length of the streets that have angles to the same direction was calculated.

The standard score was used on the corresponding monthly street length ratios (the angle of the street angle with the angle of the prevailing wind direction) with the aim of classifying the monthly matching level to five levels based on the standard grade amounts.

The study found the following results: 1- Research in the city of Diwaniyah was to coincide with a very high coincidences in the month of December (winter) - a role in deepening the negative balance of heat within the corresponding street spaces, but in the summer coincided a relatively low match in June with a drop in the presumption Cooling the wind, which leads to the deepening of the level of positive balance of heat within the identical streets.

2- In the city of Najaf, coinciding with the high coincidences in the month of December (winter) - a role in deepening the negative thermal balance within the corresponding street spaces, while in the summer (June) coincided a relatively high match with a decrease in the wind cooling , Which increased the efficiency of the wind cooling hypothesis under the positive balance of heat within the identical streets.

3- In the city of Kut, the relatively low coincidences coincided with the winter season, which reduced the efficiency of wind-cooling under the negative balance of heat in the streets intersecting with the prevailing wind direction.

In the summer, however, the relatively high correlation coincided with the relative decrease in the wind cooling hypothesis, which increased the efficiency of wind cooling under the positive heat balance within identical streets.

The research ends with a set of proposals , that the basic designs of the cities should be subject to the ecological approach in the planning so as to ensure synchronization between the angles of the direction of the prevailing wind at least in the summer with the largest percentage of street lengths with the same angle of wind direction to benefit from the variable wind speed represented by the case of a match in increasing the efficiency of wind cooling.
