The aim of this research was to identify the effectiveness of STEAM in developing the Arabic language skills of the second-grade students.

The researchers used achievement test to measure the Arabic language skills.

A sample of (64) second grade students in “Hassan Salama School (B)” The researchers used the experimental method besides the descriptive analytical approach.

After applying the research, the researchers reached the following results: 1.

There are statistically significant differences at the level (α = 05.0) between the mean scores of the experimental group students and the average scores of the control group students in the post-test of Arabic language skills for the experimental group.

2.

The developed lessons by STEAM curve achieve more than (1.2) effectiveness according to Black's adjusted gain in the development of Arabic language skills for second grade students in the Arabic language curriculum.

The researchers recommended in the light of the results of the research to the need to integrate and develop the Arabic language curriculum STEAM, as well as holding workshops and seminars on the need to develop curricula to cope with the skills of the twenty-first century and the preparation of a productive learner, as well as the need to train teachers to implement the curriculum based on STEAM.
