01/06 related to preventing and combating corruption, where the legislature has stated, through this law, unjustified privileges which, in return, require criminal follow-up to its owner.Thus, the misdemeanor of granting unjustifiedprivileges, known as a misdemeanor nepotism, one of the crimes that are stipulated in this law in order to find a real protection of the principles of transparency, integrity and honest competition upon which the public process of procurementof privileges relies, especially since the latter is considered as a fertile ground for widespread of manipulating the public fund which causes extensive damage and significant loss to the national economy.
