Independent judiciary and free media of the basic pillars of modern democratic systems and each is complementary to the other in reducing monopoly power and the younger of arbitrariness and willfulness.

The independence of the judiciary constitutes an effective guarantee of protection of rights of citizens, and that freedom of information is a natural extension of political pluralism and the embodiment of freedom of opinion and expression which are conditions of the promoted democratic societies and its open-minded people.

However, in order to invent the Egyptian legislature found the newsletter himself obliged to demonstrate the range of behaviors which media called media ethics, therefore this study aims to identify the parameters of intervention in judicial work, and how much undermines the presumption of innocence guaranteed constitutionally to the accused, and the public attitudes towards this intervention in terms of that the audience is the target of the media and judiciary service.

And through this logic, the study structure was built, and consisted of four pivots as following: 1.

The legal controls of media practice towards judicial work.

2.

The concept of the presumption of innocence in the Egyptian Constitution.

3.

The negative impact of Media intervention in judicial work.

4.

The study of public opinion towards Media intervention in judicial work.

The study concluded that media work negatively affects all parties (the accused or the victim or the judge or the community) via intrusion on judicial work, and this shall not achieve the purpose of pursuing this kind of issues for the public; in addition to the public awareness of the negative effects of this intervention.
