الملخص EN

This study investigates the tales of situations between practice and ignorance and how they can be applied.

The study aims to make it clear so that the reader can assess these tales, apply them in his/her live affairs and get benefit from them.

The study concludes with some findings the most important of which are: i) if there is a default in a tale, it should be avoided in similar situations, ii) neglecting these tales and/or their applications do not affect the general and absolute principles and iii) the difference between the general whole and general substitution is that the former is entire governing the individual while the latter does not entail governing the individual.
